Here’s what we expect from you:
- Accept the QLC Partner Agreement.
- Assign a primary (sales/business) contact.
- Assign a technical (support/customer-care) contact.
- Assist us in keeping your contact information fresh with us.
- Assist our marketing effort by placing our product logo(s) with links to our product sites on your website.
- Get at least two sales persons to market QLC products and services.
- Get at least two engineers trained to provide technical support for QLC products and services.
- Use your sales and technical force to demonstrate our products and services.
- Provide us with complete contact details of those customers who purchase our products/services, to ensure that our customer care team can get in touch with them to assess their satisfaction levels.
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service and support.
